On June 3, 2026, we are kicking off the Bonn Night Run with you at the Rheinaue Leisure Park! The Bonn Night Run offers both the FunRun and the SpeedRun. The FunRun consists of one lap (5 km) or two laps (10 km), where you can decide after the first lap whether to continue for another lap. The SpeedRun is for ambitious runners and covers two laps (10 km) with a time limit of 60 minutes net.
Highlights
- The running course is a 5 km loop through the Rheinaue, which has been measured by the DLV.
- The individual kilometers are marked, and the timing is done using a transponder system.
- The fastest three runners of the SpeedRun will be honored with prizes.
